Of Jinxing and Pain
Dec. 4th, 2023 01:59 pmSo I just HAD to open my big mouth and say I haven't had a sinus migraine in a while.
-cue one building up last night-
Last night's meds were a Benadryl (diphenhydramine HCl) and a London Fog latte.
And when I woke up, I took sinus medicine (Chlorpheniramine maleate, Phenylephrine HCl) and ibuprofen with my coffee.
So now I'm curled back up in bed to wait out the headache.
